As shared in the Provost Reports, the University is transitioning to a more flexible three-year planning cycle. This approach reflects the evolving higher education environment while building on the strong progress of the existing plan and maintaining a focus on Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå’ mission, Lasallian identity, academic quality, access and inclusion, innovation, and student success. Feedback from Convocation and UPBRAC informed Board of Trustees discussions, resulting in approval of the 2026–2029 Strategic Plan framework, guiding principles, and a May approval timeline. Five integrated themes were developed to guide the next phase of planning.
Since that update, the Strategic Plan has moved forward in a significant way. The five pillars of the plan have now been fully established, organized into thematic areas, and assigned co-chairs and supporting members to lead the development of initiatives and outcomes.
