    Change of Status - Approved

    Please complete the so we can best assist you. Make sure to have your approval notice ready. Our regular processing time is at least 15 business days.


    Please keep in mind that our office provides guidance specifically for F-1 students. We may not have complete or fully accurate information about other visa types. For questions about your new visa status or the related legal process, it’s best to consult an immigration attorney. They can provide the most accurate guidance regarding your status and next steps.

    Change of Status - Pending

    While your Change of Status (COS) is pending, you are still required to maintain and follow all F-1 visa regulations. Your status remains that of an F-1 student until your new visa is approved. Please keep in mind that our office provides guidance specifically for F-1 students. We may not have complete or fully accurate information about other visa types.
